This Manjushri Incense Powder is made in Tibet and blessed by Kathok Monastery. It is made according to a centuries old secret formula passed down from Mipham Rinpoche. This incense is 100% natural and it is made with many sacred objects (Dharmakaya Amitabha Buddha, Sambhogakaya Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, the holy place blessed by Padmasambhava), cypress powder, 10 kinds of precious medicinal materials and spices such as sandalwood, agarwood, and five color myrobalan. This incense can be used as an offering substance to the buddhas.
The Incense Stick aims to provide the best Tibetan style incense that is made from only pure herbal ingredients that are compounded from various plant products such as leaves, twigs and resins. These are collected, powdered and turned into sticks and incense powders following an age old traditional Tibetan Buddhist process. I happened across this Manjushri incense powder, and very glad I did! The price is right and its scent is not strong, but equally not weak either. The blend is somewhere in the middle range and very joyous to burn. The powder does create a calming and peaceful atmosphere. Each time I burn a piece of charcoal, my first dash is this Manjushri powder blend. If you're looking for a quality powder for ritual, goodness all around and most importantly peacefulness, this will get it done. Thank you very much.
