Politique d'expédition

•    The Incense Stick is currently shipping orders on time (1-2 business days).  We refund any overages in shipping.  
•    It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.  Any orders returned due to an incorrect address will incur a cost to resend that will be the buyer's responsibility.

•    Domestic:  FREE SHIPPING OVER $35.  All free shipping will be shipped USPS ground advantage. Please note that USPS ground advantage to Hawaii is currently traveling via barge and has been taking almost a month for delivery. Please select an alternative method if you are in Hawaii and need your package sooner.   

•    International: Please be aware that shipping internationally from the US may be met with delays.  If you wish to receive your item sooner, we recommend upgrading your shipping method.  

Duties and taxes are the buyers responsibility.  Any packages returned due to nonpayment of duties and taxes will require the purchase of a new shipping label to ship again.  This is the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that due to increasingly complicated regulations, we have made the difficult decision to pause shipping to the EU, Canada, and Mexico.  We are very sorry for this recent development.
