Maddeningly hard to describe - soft, warm, sensual; slightly bitter ivy notes balance a surrounding sweetness that is neither floral nor sugary. . . .vaguely nutty buttered honey?

I received my order of resins today and I am soooo SO thrilled. They arrived swiftly in their little tins. The seller reached out to thank me for the order (so nice! A lot of sellers do not, but I find the ones who sell things for magickal and spiritual purposes always do. This tells me that they believe in what they are doing with their whole soul. And that they are invested in the spirit world. Yay! This is where I like to spend my money). The resin is gorgeous. I burned one (the styrax) as soon as I got it, and it was GORGEOUS. I smelled the rest of them, and they were all exotic and lovely and I cannot wait to burn them (just noticed the directions on some that may not be best burned with charcoal...) as directed. I like to understand the properties of the resins I burn, so I will take my time with them. I love this shop!

I picked this up on a last minute whim, and I'm so glad I did. The smell is wonderful, mild as far as resins go. A warm scent, very comforting to read to.
