This aleppo pine resin is white and soft in its freshly harvested state. It reminds me of lemon Italian ice. As it ages it becomes firmer and changes to beautiful buttery yellow color. The resins fragrance has bright yummy notes of lemon and eucalyptus. It is highly recommended to use a spoon or gloves when handling because it is very sticky.
